We love our tenants. We do carry out a thorough examination of each tenant to make sure you properly meet each requirement for every property. We do thorough background and financial checks, and we don't rent to anyone with an eviction or who has been late paying their past landlords or mortgage company. We take great pride in our properties and the relationships we create with each tenant. We have multiple long-term tenants, and we have many who we help in a different season of life. We love helping people who are moving into our area and can offer any knowledge about the community, since we are natives of Union County and North Carolina.
